This correspondence is addressed to Mr. William P. Fidler, General Secretary, American Association of University Professors from Dr. Rupert C. Koeninger, Director of the Department of Sociology.

Rupert C. Koeninger writes to Mr. William P. Fidler stating he has enclosed carbon copies of letters to President Lowman and the Board of Regents as well as President Lowman's reply. Koeninger mentions he hopes these letters will be enough to start the investigation. Koeninger also mentions his desire for Fidler to work rapidly due to academic freedom and his employment at Sam Houston State Teachers College.
