Mrs. Alice Calkins, Executive Secretary of the Texas Association of College Teachers writes Dr. Rupert C. Koeninger at Amarillo Air Force Base.

Calkins discusses Representative Wilson and his letter to Ramsey, Kenneth Russell dnonating money on behalf of Sam Houston State Teachers College for Koeninger's legal expanses, and that a number of Sam Houston faculty are unhappy about the association's censureship on President Lowman but agree with the censureship of the Board.
