Biographical / Historical
The exhibition displayed work from contemporary Texas Sculptors alongside the opening of the Sam Houston State University Sculpture Center. The exhibit was from January 9 to February 5, 1982.
The curators of the exhibit were Charles Pebworth, Pamela Blotner, and Steve Hoover. The exhibition and catalogue were supported by SHSU's College of Arts and Sciences and the Department of Art.
Pamela Blotner was a lecturer at SHSU, and Steve Hoover was a sculptor who resided in Huntsville, Texas.
