Camp Huntsville Construction Collection

This collection contains materials donated by Dr. Brian Jordan. Materials in this collection are originated by the Fretz Construction Company. This collection includes detailed ledgers and supply estimates for the construction of the “Camp Huntsville” P.O.W. camp, which housed German and Japanese prisoners during World War II.

Carnaval De Huejotzingo Collection

Scope and Contents The Carnaval De Huejotzingo Collection contains the art work of Fernando Ramirez Osorio. The majority of the artwork is large poster sized prints that have been autographed by Osorio. The poster prints are individually numbered and packaged in large Carnaval De Huejotzingo commemorative envelopes. Box 1 is composed of Charles Lee Hill's scrapbook and photographs of the musical group "The Houstonians."

Box 2 is composed of biographical materials and photographs about Charles Lee Hill's life and music career. As well as biographical materials about his grandfather W.T. Hill's life and time spent in the American Civil War as a Confederate officer.
