The materials span from January 1942- July 1945 and focus on Sam Houston State Teachers College ex-students/alumni, faculty, and community members who fought in World War II.
SHSU Centennial Memorabilia Photograph Prints
This collection is composed of thirty-two photograph reprints done by Weston McCoy for the Sam Houston State University Alumni Association for their contribution to the Centennial Memorabilia Collection celebrating SHSU's 100 years.
These reprints feature the early days of SHSU when it was Sam Houston Normal Institute and Sam Houston State Teachers College.

SHSU Presidents-Thomason Materials

The correspondence focuses on materials donated to Sam Houston State University’s rare books room. The rare books room is currently named for John W. Thomason, Jr. and houses the Sam Houston State University Special Collections.
